Rezida Identity is the service that signs people in to
Rezida applications. When you sign in to a Rezida application, this service
verifies who you are and issues the session that application uses.
What it does
Verifies a sign-in method you choose — currently Google Sign-In.
Establishes a Rezida identity for you, so you do not have to sign in
separately to each Rezida application you use.
Issues a session for the specific application you are signing in to. A
session issued for one Rezida application is not valid for another.
Lets you sign out, which ends that session on our side, not only on your
device.
What it does not do
It does not hold the information an individual application keeps about
you. That stays with the application you are using.
It does not request access to your Google Drive, Gmail, Contacts or
Calendar. Signing in needs none of them.
It does not ask for, receive or store your Google password. You sign in
with Google, on Google's own page.
Rezida applications
Rezida Identity is built to serve the Rezida family of applications.
Rezida BMS, a building management application, is the
application using it today. Other Rezida applications may use it in future;
none is announced here as available.
